Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1. Follow these steps to receive a return
2. Reply to your order confirmation email, or contact us at support@gmg-performance.fr with your name and order number
3. Specify in your email which items you wish to return and the reason for the return

Follow the instructions of our team. Please note that return methods and addresses may vary depending on the country you live in.
 

Refunds (if any)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, after a certain number of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if any)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card company as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to support@gmg-performance.fr

 

Damaged products

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at support@gmg-performance.fr as soon as possible with your name, order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We deal with these cases on a case by case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.


Shipping

To return a product, you must mail it to the address provided in the email.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.


Lifetime warranty

The lifetime warranty, when added to your order, protects the pair(s) ordered in case of breakage. It allows you to receive a free replacement pair. The warranty does not apply to a pair already replaced.
